CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Yes, the withdrawal must be communicated to MUSE srl by email within 15 days of receiving the order at email@example.com with the order number.
The Customer can also exercise the right to change an article with the same article of other size or color if it is available. The delivery of the same item will be charged to the customer and the Customer will have to provide the costs of delivery.
RETURN OF GOODS
The return of the goods does not automatically entail a valid right of withdrawal from the contract if you do not follow the procedure indicated above within the 15 days of expiry.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the purchased products have not been used and are inside the original packaging intact, complete with any instruction manuals, or if they were defective. As per the terms of the law items or items made to customer specifications or customized cannot be returned.
The return of items or accessories must be received within 7 days of authorization, at the logistics office of MUSE srl to:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use and they have to be in perfect condition with the tag applied.
Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (hangers, polybags) received with the order.
Muse srl will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided by the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
In case of defects of the product and if the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the above, the seller will return the price paid by the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
In the event that the price has been paid by credit card, the supplier will credit the same amount to the consumer card through the issuing institution of the card. For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account. In the event that the Customer receives defective verified products or errors in shipments by MUSE srl, it is required to follow the same instructions above, but the shipping costs for the re-sending of the product will be entirely borne by Muse srl.
