Shipments and delivery

IN ITALY

24/48 hours after receiving the order. We advise the Customer to indicate an address where he can be easily found to receive the goods, and to always provide his telephone number (landline or mobile) where he can be reached, in order to avoid delays due to useless delivery attempts. It is also possible (and recommended) to enter the address of your place of work or of trusted persons in charge of collecting the package. The courier will make two delivery attempts, then leave a postcard indicating the contact details and the methods that can also be used via the internet to collect the goods. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times.

IN EUROPE

Average delivery times for shipments outside Italy range from 3 to 7 days. We advise the Customer to indicate an address where it is easily available to receive the goods, and to always provide a telephone number (fixed or mobile) where it is accessible, in order to avoid delays due to unnecessary delivery attempts. It is also possible (and recommended) to enter the address of your workplace or of trusted people in charge of collecting the package. The courier will make two attempts at delivery, then he will leave a postcard with the contact details and the methods that can also be used via the internet to collect the goods. The recipient cannot request delivery in days or at specific times.

IN THE WORLD

We ship worldwide, the customer is invited to write to assistenza@pupetcouture.com to find out the exact amount of the shipping costs. You can make the return within 15 (fifteen) working days from delivery of the goods, the Customer can withdraw from the contract and return the goods without paying any penalty subject to prior authorization for the return. Returns are authorized for valid reasons, therefore returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

RETURN OF GOODS

The return of the goods does not automatically imply a valid right of withdrawal from the contract if the procedure indicated above is not followed within the 15 day deadline. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the purchased products have not been used and are inside the original intact packaging, complete with any instruction manuals, or if they are defective. As per the terms of the law, garments or objects made to customer specifications or customized cannot be returned. The return of the garments or accessories must be received, within 7 days of the authorization, at the MUSE srl logistics office at: Logistics Todisco Via Ruvo 112\n 76011 Bisceglie (BT)

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use and they have to be in perfect condition with the tag applied. <\li>

Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (hangers, polybags) received with the order.

Muse srl will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided by the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. In case of defects of the product and if the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the above, the seller will return the price paid by the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal. In the event that the price has been paid by credit card, the supplier will credit the same amount to the consumer card through the issuing institution of the card. For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account. In the event that the Customer receives defective verified products or errors in shipments by MUSE srl, it is required to follow the same instructions above, but the shipping costs for the re-sending of the product will be entirely borne by Muse srl.
